my goodness. i'm well aware of the fact that all of two people actually really know that my art website actually exists. However, for those two people who DO know of it, i feel inclined to point out the wonders of a cheap ballpoint pen. Perhaps you know what I'm talking about; those five cent pens that you can collect from just about every hotel you ever visit. Anyway, I feel that at this very moment, they are the single greatest invention for the art world. Such wonders are not meant for those who would simply write with such an instrument. This came to me as I was drawing what was originally going to be a rough sketch of me in anti-form (see kingdom hearts II). Of course, how can one draw something so dark in pencil? So naturally, i picked the nearest pen and began to draw. For many, the concept of not having an eraser is a bit of a problem. Fortunately for me, the ink of a ballpoint pen fits perfectly into my original style, which, for those who don't know, is a sketchy version of realism. (I've since branched off to try several different styles and added a manga-type aspect to most of my drawings. However, the base remains the same, detailed, but in such a way that the details almost look like outside lines.) I've decided that this will probably turn out awesomely and I hope I'll remember to put it up here for all of you two to see.
